Interview with Jack Canfield
Many family caregivers experience difficulty balancing their own needs and the needs of the one they are caring for. This can lead to caregiver burnout. When caring for a family member with dementia, the stress can be much greater. Many family members feel frustrated and overworked. Financial stress contributes to the challenge when the caregiver has a limited income, many times reduced because of their need to stay home with their loved aging or ill family member. Jack Canfield, author of the Chicken Soup for the Soul series and the Success Principles, interviews Morning Star to learn more about her program and her books, Transitional Wisdom, A Guide to Healthy Aging &Completing life with dignity and the Transitional Wisdom Action Journal and her work with families.
